What is and is not published
Rapid Finance's homepage does not state a minimum credit score, time in business or revenue requirement. ROI Funder publishes all three.
Its application form asks for a credit tier (fair, good, great, excellent) and monthly sales, but the page sets no minimum for either. Third-party review sites quote different figures, and we do not repeat numbers we could not confirm on Rapid Finance's own site.
ROI Funder's guidelines:
- 500+ FICO considered.
- 6+ months in business.
- $20,000+ in monthly revenue.
- Amounts from $5,000 to $5,000,000.
Knowing the bar before you apply saves a wasted application. If you are unsure where you stand with any funder, ask for its minimums in writing before consenting to a hard credit pull.
A practical tip: before you apply anywhere, write down the three numbers that matter most to underwriting. Your average monthly deposits over the last three months, your credit score range, and your months in business. With those in hand you can ask any company, including Rapid Finance, whether your file fits the product you want, and get a straight answer before any hard pull.
When Rapid Finance is the better fit
Rapid Finance suits businesses that need invoice factoring or asset-based lending, or a very large facility backed by receivables or other assets.
- Your cash sits in unpaid invoices. It lists factoring from $20,000 to $10 million. ROI Funder does not place invoice factoring.
- You have significant assets. Asset-based loans to $10 million can exceed what cash flow alone supports.
- You want everything under one roof. Seven products from one company can simplify a long relationship.
When ROI Funder is the better fit
ROI Funder suits owners who want stated requirements, same-day funding on approved files, equipment financing, and offers from more than one funder.
- Clear guidelines up front. You can check 500+ / 6 months / $20,000 a month before you apply.
- Same-day timing. Approved, complete files (application plus 3 months of business bank statements) can fund the same business day.
- Equipment financing. Rapid Finance's homepage does not list it. We place equipment financing in 2 to 7 days.
- More than one offer. Our 100+ funder network can produce competing terms.
The application takes a few minutes, uses a soft pull and carries no obligation, in all 50 states.
Daily payments on a 60-month loan: check the math
A long term with daily payments means many hundreds of withdrawals. Convert to a monthly figure and confirm your account can carry it in slow months.
Illustrative example: $150,000 repaid as $210,000.
- Over 24 months with daily debits, about $8,750 a month, or roughly $417 per business day.
- Over 36 months, about $5,833 a month, roughly $278 per business day.
This example holds total repayment fixed to isolate payment size. In practice, stretching the term lowers each payment but usually raises total cost on products priced by time. Ask for total repayment at each term and compare against what the money earns. The daily payment calculator does the conversion.
One question set for any offer
Whichever company you choose, get the same five numbers for every offer and compare them side by side.
- Amount you actually receive after fees.
- Total repayment in dollars.
- Payment amount and frequency, converted to monthly.
- Term in months.
- Prepayment terms.
Then divide total cost by the term in months. That cost per month, set against the monthly profit the money produces, is the decision.
Frequently asked questions
